SUCCESS!  SB 417, SB 311, and SB 283  (Health Care Freedom Act) have passed the General Assembly and are now headed for the Governor’s desk.  Governor McDonnell is expected to sign them into law. Opposition to McDonnell’s Role with the Council of Governors grows.
