The 2nd Tuesday Constitution Group, The Roanoke Tea Party and The Botetourt Republican Committee are proud to announce an exciting event for May 11.
At the regularly scheduled 2nd Tuesday Constitution Meeting (more information on this fantastic roup can be found on the Facebook/Website Links below Virginia’s Republican Delegate Bob Marshall from Prince William County, who authored the Virginia Healthcare Freedom Act, which passed and was signed into law by Governor Bob McDonnell. The Act nullified recent unconstitutional federal mandates that required citizens to purchase approved health insurance. Bob Marshall was first elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 1991 and has consistently worked for the principles that have made our state and nation great!! Marshall will provide crucial information that will be useful to understand where we are standing in history. He will unveil the deceitful hoax that is being perpetuated on the American people in the name of healthcare and general welfare using unconstitutional laws and draconian mandates.
Also, Donna Holt, an interim state coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty will share the podium with Del. Marshall. “C4L” is a truthful, no compromise, pro-liberty, group. Donna is one of the most aggressive activists in Virginia, and she works to hold elected servants accountable for their actions, to insure that they live up to their sworn oath of office, to protect and defend the Constitution, which acknowledges our God- given rights, and to limit government as described in the U.S. Constitution. She has been an inspiration to all freedom lovers and patriots and is an example of what committed Patriotic American Citizens are capable of achieving.
The time to restore the vision of our founders and to fight against tyranny is now! Thomas Jefferson said, “The people get the government they deserve.” As Virginians, we must participate in our government, understand the events and issues of our day, and let our voices be heard.
