Missouri just voted to gut the Health Care Law. Great News!
Cuccinelli continues our lawsuit. Other states are considering similar actions. The states are our only buffer between the the Citizens and the tyrannical Federal Regime. It’s time to take back the 10th Amendment. This year.
A state sovereignty resolution passed the State House last year. We will be supporting (as we finalize the language) a more substantive state sovereignty resolution that will allow the Commonwealth of VA to once again act like a sovereign state. If both houses pass it this year, we will once again live under the Constitution. It is that simple!
Health Care is just the tip of the iceberg. And the only way our nation can avoid hitting that iceberg is to blast it out of the water at the state level.
The rest of this stuff is just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titannic. Don’t get distracted. Focus on the Consitutional issues and gutting the Federal Regime. That is how we win this fight.
