It’s Not Just A Problem With The Democrats

The Inhofe Resolution to overturn the Utility MACT rule and deal a setback to Obama’s War on Coal failed today…and our two favorite Democratic punching bags in the Senate were actually on the right side of the vote.

UPDATE: S.J. Res. 37   fails 46-53.     5 Democrats voted Yes: Landrieu, Manchin, Ben Nelson, Warner, Webb.  

With that number of votes the measure should have passed because the Republicans would certainly vote for this right?

Wrong

5 Republicans voted No: Alexander, Ayotte, Brown, Collins, Snowe.

Just because there is an R behind the name doesn’t mean they are going to do the right thing!
